So I needed a jacket that 1) didn't weigh down my luggage and 2) didn't take up bulk space in my luggage. I am soooo happy I found this jacket. It's well constructed the colors are so complimentary it's super thin and light...BUT...true to its name the insulation is immediately evident once you put this jacket on Like instant warmth. I'm actually amazed at how quickly and how well this jacket provides warmth. Mind you it's SUPER light and really very thin with very little bulk. But the design and placement of the insultation is superb. I'm always right between a large (35" waist) and XL (for my shoulders I wear a 46R jacket). I tried both and ended up going with the Large since the XL was too long in the sleeves (I'm 5'11") and large in the body (I'm 200 pounds). This is really a terrific product so happy I've "found" Rail Riders online. Shout out to Pam at customer service. Can't say enough for someone who actually answers the phone and takes action. Thanks for your help
