I'm an avid gardner and woods walker. Whole lot of time on knees with pockets full of clippers and seeds and knife and string, scissors, hose washers, wire and phone. These pants enable me to securely carry all that and more in the same pair day after day. They suit my needs well. What wears out eventually is the front (barn door) zipper and the front of my right pocket where I clip on my folding knife. Everything else about them is perfect.

Great outdoors pant.
I really wish it were made in a stone color.
They are light and very comfortable to wear in all outdoor activities and are particularly great for golf as they have many pockets. I liked my lair so much that I bought a second pair in another color.
Travelled to Istanbul and Cairo wearing these pants. Great fit and very comfortable.
These are my go-to pants for canoeing. They've been with me on 8 trips to the BWCA. Comfortable and quick-drying they've stood up to rocks deep mud sharp sticks and the odd fish hook. No complaints.
These are without a doubt the toughest pants I've found. I'm a geologist meaning I'm frequently climbing over and sliding up and down rocks. The fact that the 2 pair of pants I bought in spring of 2022 have made it through 6 weeks of intense field camp (where I was the only person that didn't have to replace a pair of pants) and then they continued through a year of work (200 days) without fail just proves their sturdy construction. Both my pants probably have more miles sliding over rocks than others have walking not to mention getting hung up on nails that are sticking out of pallets carrying heavy rusty steel pipes against them and other just general wear and tear. The only time I've actually "torn" them was when I was wiping my knife off the wrong direction and I actually cut through the lightweight fabric (entirely my fault). My only "complaint" at all is that I wish the cuff wasn't stretchy and that the Velcro went much further around. I think they're designed to be secured OVER your boots but I like to use the Velcro to secure them to my leg then put my boots on over the pants. I typically just sew an extra piece of Velcro on the ankle so that the tail of the adjustment piece is secure otherwise it can irritate my leg if it moves around inside my boot. As a professional who needs their clothing to work and be useful 100 of the time I'm sold for life here.

Absolutely the most comfortable and durable pants Ive ever worn. I have 5 pairs dating back 30 years back when they came in purple Tough they can really take a beating. Roll them up pack in a duffel and they come out smooth and nice.
