Excellent design and construction I found I could wear Large like the shirts. However to be certain my puffy fits under then CL fits roomy.

After months of internal debate I ordered a Squall Shell and after the first time out on a drizzly damp morning regretted not having ordered it sooner. The Squall Shell is a great alternative to heavy foulies in town or dinghy.

Was able to use the shell yesterday while shoveling some snow. The shell performed as described kept the wind out and did not accumulate the moisture on the inside of the garment. When I came inside I was dry and so was the inside of the shell. Glad I ordered the XL and will be looking for more great items from Rail Riders.
