Use the form below to enter your Invoice # and submit for a return or exchange. Your Invoice Number can be found on your packing slip in the upper right corner, INV# . If your Invoice cannot be found, please Contact Us to submit your return or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges Terms: Customers have 60 days to return a regular priced item and 30 days to return a sale item. Items in the outlet store are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. The customer pays to send back the returned item/s using whatever carrier he/she prefers. If the customer would like an exchange then RailRiders pays shipping back on the new item.
