This is my third Versatac shirt. Now I have three colors to choose from. I wore the khaki one for 200 miles on the John Muir Trail and it still looks great. Mostly I wear these fly fishing for which they are perfect. My favorite feature by far is the pocket for my readers.

I was looking for a replacement for a 15-yr-old ExOfficio "safari" shirt that I wore backpacking until I finally blew out the elbows. The new Ex Officio shirts are too lightweight. So I bought 2 Versatec Light shirts. Wore them dayhiking in the Sierra and later in the Grand Canyon and Utah last month. I'm very pleased. Light yet good protection against cooler temps and wind. Lots and lots of zippers and compartments behind those 2 large pockets. Good ventilation. Ideally I'd like a slightly heavier fabric but this weight will do. Recommended.

I have worn this shirt several times in the dry air of Yosemite and the humidity of South Carolina I have found it to be very comfortable. The shirt came out of the suitcase looking great. Ventilation is incredible I ordered white great for casual or even on the dressy side. I will be ordering more colors.Size My chest measurement is 41" Size chart shows max for medium. I find the medium is perfect (I don't like tight).
